Welcome
Sometimes life can feel too much to carry on your own.
Therapy is a place to talk, to be heard, and to start finding clarity and steadiness again
My philosophy:
I believe that the ways we learn to cope, even those that might feel painful or confusing, often develop as a response to something that once felt too much to face. These patterns are not failures, but ways we’ve found to protect ourselves.
My work is grounded in the person-centred approach, which means in our work together, we’ll take time to understand what your experiences mean for you — where they come from, what they might be protecting, and what you need now.
I aim to offer a relationship where you can safely explore what feels difficult, connect with your emotions, and begin to trust your own inner sense of direction.
About me
I’m a trainee psychotherapist completing my MSc in Contemporary Person-Centred Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute.
I’m from Italy and have lived in the UK for several years. That experience of adapting to a new culture and finding my sense of home here helps me understand what belonging, and not belonging, can feel like. It’s also given me a real appreciation for difference, and I welcome working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
Before training as a therapist, I worked in the City (London), so I know how demanding city life can be , the pressure to perform, the constant striving, and how easy it is to lose balance along the way.
My own experiences with disordered eating, low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression have shaped how I understand people. They taught me what it’s like to feel stuck and how powerful it can be to be truly met with understanding. These experiences give me empathy for the many ways we cope and make sense of our lives. In my work, I aim to offer a calm, grounded space where you can feel accepted and supported in your own process.
Outside of work, I love swimming, cycling, running, and baking - all things that help me stay present and connected to myself.
